Warranty

TYESO products purchased from TYESO.ca are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
What the warranty covers
During the warranty period, we will review verified claims involving a manufacturing defect that affects the product’s materials, workmanship, insulation, or normal function. If a claim is approved, we may repair or replace the product or the affected part.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or expected changes from regular use
- Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, improper care, or use outside the product instructions
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
- Products purchased from sellers that are not TYESO.ca or an authorized retailer
How to make a claim
Email info@caicosglobal.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the product and the defect. Please wait for our instructions before sending a product back.
Replacement parts
Where appropriate, a one-time replacement part may be provided for a covered issue. Availability and the information needed to confirm the issue will be reviewed when you contact us.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
