We ship TYESO orders to Canada, the United States, and other international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated by WooCommerce based on your shipping destination and order details. The exact rate and currency are shown at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days for Canada and 3–5 business days for the United States. For other destinations, dispatch timing varies by location and may take 5–30 days.

Shipping rates

Canada

Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over CA$75. For orders of CA$75 or less, shipping rates vary by province and order details. Current starting rates before applicable tax are CA$5.65 in Ontario and CA$12.00 in other Canadian provinces. The final shipping rate and any applicable tax are shown at checkout.

United States and other destinations

Orders shipped outside Canada are not eligible for free shipping. U.S. shipping rates vary by order details and start at CA$20.00 before applicable tax. Shipping rates for other international destinations vary by destination and order details and start at CA$35.00 before applicable tax. The final rate and currency are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote destinations or international locations may take longer because of carrier handling, customs, weather, or other conditions.

Once your order ships, we will email tracking information. Orders containing pre-sale items may be held until all items are available. Split shipments may not be available.

International orders, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply to orders shipped across borders. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility under the destination country’s rules.
